Advantages of fasting

An alternative to the typical midday fasts? Well, there are plenty of ways that you can make this a bit more convenient for yourself. There are a few reasons why it is important to try fasting during a busy day or week. Here are just a few advantages.

1. You get to choose how much time you want to spend fasting

When you eat food as part of a regular diet plan, your body has a set number of hours where it must go through. A morning or afternoon fast allows you to use those hours in other areas. For example, if you work with kids on the weekends, you might need to stop early so that you can start getting them off to bed, before they have to wake up from a bad night’s sleep. If you aren’t able to control when you eat or when you don’t want to eat, you can still take advantage of a morning fast by eating some fruit or vegetables. This way, you’re not depriving yourself and also giving yourself enough time to relax and prepare for work or school.

2. It gives you a chance for a break from overindulging

You might often feel like you need to keep going so that you can always keep hitting the gym to stay in shape. But if you have to go back to working out at 8:30, then you have to give yourself a couple of days of rest and enjoy yourself. When you’re doing a daily exercise routine, you need to do it for 10-12 hours straight each day. Not only does this mean you’re burning the wrong kind of calories, but you’re also spending the right amount of energy in terms of weight loss. So your body needs time to restore and repair after all that hard training. Instead of forcing yourself with this type of workout, you should focus on enjoying it for a few minutes every once in a while, without pushing yourself too much. This way, you don’t end up feeling guilty about having too much energy and also burning fat instead of muscle tissue.

3. You can manage your hunger while fasting

You might find that your appetite tends to go down in the first two days of fasting during a good week. But you’ll definitely be able to keep some things in check once you get to know how the body reacts to it. However, fasting can be quite difficult because you’re starving so you’ll obviously have to limit what you eat. The best solution is simply to consume a little less food than usual. This will help when you’re in the middle of the day when you’ll be craving something sweet and fatty. Also, once we’re tired of being hungry, we’d want a bite of something. That’s why it’s important to try to eat moderately throughout the day. Not only are you managing our hunger, but you’re also giving yourself enough time to prepare for your day without overeating.

Your immune system remains strong when you fast it will also help you fight against desieas like corona etc
